Mark Bonta

Mark is an accomplished Plant Director of over 20 years, instrumental in enhancing efficiency by over 20% and championing a 50% reduction in safety incidents with a track record of zero lost time accidents for over 5 consecutive years. Effective in lean manufacturing and workforce development, Mark has proven leadership in operations management and personnel mentorship, with a keen focus on sustainable growth and employee development. In 2018, Mark became a pioneer for the original Recovery-Friendly Workplace Initiative of New Hampshire, where he worked together with other business leaders to build an Initiative that is now swiftly being adopted by the entire nation. For his work as an RFW leader, Mark was awarded the 2021 Littleton Chamber of Commerce recognition award, the 2022 Citizen of the Year, 2022 White Mountain’s Community College President’s Community Partner Award, the 2023 North Country Health Consortium Community Heart Award, and continues to serve on the NH-RFWI Advisory Council to this day.
